Join us at Vitalissimo Spa and Fitness Club and say goodbye to those few extra kilos!!! Together with our Personal Trainer Felix you will set your own personal goals regarding your body image, level of fitness and weight loss or gain. There is nothing worse than setting ridiculous goals that you will never reach but with our help you will soon begin to see amazing changes!!!

Remember - we can't train for you... we supply the place, the motivation, the tools and the know-how but you have to dedicate time and effort... but if we work together, anything is possible!!! Just ask some of our regular members!!!

For those who prefer to join in an organised class or two, we offer a weekly Aerobics programme presented by Juliet Kim Bates our resident Dance and Fitness Instructor. Remember, we require a minimum of 2 participants per class and do not accept more than 10 in each group, so you must be punctual. If we do not currently offer a class that fits your timetable then contact us - we regularly adapt our programme to meet the fitness needs of our customers.
